At SIBA we are always devoted to respecting OHS protocols. We conduct regular workplace safety trainings and we implement OHS protocols through the following steps:

SIBA is a pioneer in the development and application of safety standards on construction sites in Albania. SIBA’s OHS protocol manual, written and published in 2004, has been cited by various safety institutions in the country.

Since its beginnings at SIBA, we have adhered to a strong eco-friendly ethos.

While respecting our natural surroundings, we make sure to follow all applicable environmental regulations. Our site waste is disposed of at appropriate waste management facilities according to material type classification.

We strive to achieve the highest ecological standards in the industry by:

  • Prioritizing projects that respect green spaces and incorporate green roofs
  • Applying efficient logistical planning to minimize our carbon footprint
  • Installing and utilizing renewable energy in our offices and company facilities
  • Minimizing paper usage and encouraging paper recycling
  • Encouraging car-sharing and public transportation for our personnel
  • Sponsoring various green projects and groups like the Bonsai Assoc. of Albania
